Sirayah's Mission

Sirayah-Shiraz Koraltan is a multi-award-winning social impact trailblazer, champion of diversity+inclusion and youth development within English football.

Sirayah over the last 5 years has delivered nationwide initiatives, focused on creating opportunities within English football for underrepresented communities. With an integral focal point on race, gender, disability and sexual orientation, Sirayah has directly impacted over 750 youths with job and networking access to the sports industry.

As well as providing opportunities, Sirayah is passionate and committed to tackling discrimination on and off the pitch through efficacious educating and sanctioning. As well as, building processes and strategies that set strong targets, laws and support clubs, foundations, coaches and players of all levels.

​

Breaking down historical barriers is a core part of Sirayah's ethos and purpose. Her long term goal is to open youth hubs scattered across the country, to provide pastoral care and wellbeing which is not easily accessed or provided on a regular basis to minorities.
